  Nearly every time I've gone in this restaurant, the manager has been absent or on her phone. Ridiculous, if you'd ask me. Seems like there's really no leadership here and it makes the whole team look bad. This restaurant needs a real team leader that cares about their job and the way their restaurant is run. Until then, I won't be coming back.

  I really love KFC, and I hate to give a bad review, especially when it reflects on high school kids who are probably just trying their best. But we've lived in Maple Valley for 10+ years and the service at this location has always been just the worst. If you go through the drive through, they don't hear you well and something is always wrong with the order. If you go in, it takes for-FRICKING-ever. On my last visit, I went at 1pm and couldn't get into the building as the doors were STILL LOCKED even though there were other patrons inside, who kindly got up and let me in. (There was black tape over the locking mechanisms, which wasn't holding anything in place.) It took twice as long to make an order because the cashier wouldn't talk loud enough for me to hear (seriously, it was a whisper) and we went back and forth because she didn't put half of it in right. I wanted more sides but just gave up in favor of just getting out of there before 2pm and feeding my family SOMETHING. I really want to come here more often. Are all KFCs like this?
